For a company to achieve an IMS, its processes must be fully integrated and operate seamlessly as one single management system across the organization. This unconditional renewal extends all three International Organization for Standardization (ISO) certifications for another three years:

• ISO/International Electrotechnical Commission (ISO/IEC) 27001:2013 Information Security Management System
• ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 Service Management System
• ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System

Pragmatics’ renewal audit was conducted by SRI, an ANAB-accredited registrar for all three ISO certifications. This achievement demonstrates Pragmatics’ ability to deliver excellence in quality management, service management, and information security management, both internally and for our customers. It entails managing the security and risks associated with assets, such as financial information, intellectual property, employee data, and third-party information, to ensure the quality of products and services.

Through this successful audit and renewed certifications, Pragmatics continues to demonstrate its commitment to maintaining an effective IMS to ensure secure, efficient, and effective resource management.
