Kerri Koss Morehart, Vice President

Kerri Koss Morehart provides strategic direction, leads process improvements, and builds the appropriate infrastructure to ensure the highest levels of human resources services for Pragmatics, Inc. as vice president for human resources.

Prior to joining Pragmatics, Morehart was the director, recruiting, at Fannie Mae, where she was responsible for the day-to-day management of a 25-member recruiting organization.  She spent the majority of her career at SRA International, Inc., where she was the vice president and director of talent acquisition and development.  During her tenure there, SRA achieved eight years of recognition on FORTUNE magazine's list of the "100 Best Companies to Work For."

Morehart is a frequent speaker on such topics as employee referral programs, mergers and acquisitions, and college recruiting challenges and has spoken at a number of national events, including the Society for Human Resource Management Annual Conferences, and multiple national Association for Colleges and Employers events.  She has a B.S. in consumer economics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
